ku9n Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Playing

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", or "Member") and ku9n ("ku9n", "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms govern your access to and use of the ku9n website accessible at ku9n.club, including all games, sports betting markets, promotions, payment services, and any other features or content made available through the Platform (collectively, the "Services").

• You must register only one Account. Multiple accounts held by the same person are strictly prohibited and may result in permanent suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

ku9n reserves the right to verify eligibility at any stage. Where verification requirements are not met within a reasonable timeframe, ku9n may suspend or close the Account and return any uncontested real-money balance to the registered payment method.

To access the Services, you must register an Account by providing your Bangladeshi mobile number, a secure password, and your date of birth. All information provided at registration must be accurate, complete, and current. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of all funds.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You agree to notify ku9n immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized access to your Account. ku9n will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized use of your Account where you have failed to safeguard your credentials. You must not share your Account login details with any other person under any circumstances.

• Each User is permitted to hold only one Account. If duplicate accounts are detected, ku9n will merge or close the duplicate, at its sole discretion, and may void any bonuses or winnings associated with the duplicate Account.
• Account credentials (mobile number and password) must not be shared with or transferred to any other person. Accounts are personal and non-transferable.
• ku9n may suspend an Account pending verification if unusual activity is detected, including but not limited to atypical login locations, rapid balance fluctuations, or reports of third-party access.
• You agree to promptly update your Account information to ensure it remains accurate. If your registered mobile number changes, you must contact support at [email protected] before the change takes effect to ensure uninterrupted access.

ku9n accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit is ৳200 per transaction. There is no deposit fee charged by ku9n; however, third-party payment providers may apply their own transaction charges. Deposits are credited to your Account balance in real time upon confirmed receipt. ku9n is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's processing times.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Withdrawals are returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit. ku9n does not process withdrawals to a different wallet or bank account than the one used to fund the Account.
• KYC verification (National ID or equivalent government-issued identity document) must be completed before the first withdrawal is processed. Subsequent withdrawals above ৳50,000 may require re-verification at ku9n's discretion.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 minutes during normal operating hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). Processing times may be extended during periods of high demand, public holidays, or scheduled system maintenance.
• ku9n reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request if fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms is suspected. In such cases, ku9n may request additional documentation prior to releasing funds.

Only funds from real-money deposits may be withdrawn. Bonus funds are non-withdrawable until applicable wagering requirements have been met in full. Any withdrawal of bonus funds before wagering requirements are completed will result in the forfeiture of the entire bonus balance and any associated winnings.

ku9n offers various promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and free spins. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which will be stated clearly at the point of offer. These general Terms apply to all promotions unless the specific promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.

The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. A player is eligible for a bonus only if they have completed registration in full, satisfied any minimum deposit requirements, and have not previously claimed the same offer on another Account.
• All bonuses carry a wagering (rollover) requirement unless explicitly stated as a no-wagering promotion. The applicable wagering requirement will be shown in the specific promotion terms. • Using the Platform to launder money, finance terrorist activities, or engage in any other financial crime.
• Registering more than one Account, whether in your own name or using aliases, third-party identities, or fictitious information.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any third-party tool to gain an unfair advantage, harvest data, or interfere with the Platform's normal operation.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or technical vulnerabilities. You must report any such issues to [email protected] immediately upon discovery. Any winnings obtained through exploiting a technical error are void.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, collusion with other players, or any other activity intended to manipulate game outcomes or betting results.

ku9n employs advanced fraud detection systems and cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities. Where prohibited conduct is detected, ku9n reserves the right to freeze the Account, withhold all balances pending investigation, and disclose relevant information to the appropriate authorities without prior notice to the User.

No content from the Platform may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted, or distributed in any form without the prior written consent of ku9n.

The ku9n name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks or registered trademarks of ku9n. You are not permitted to use any ku9n trademark, trade name, or service mark in any manner without prior written authorisation. Nothing in these Terms grants you any licence or right to use any intellectual property belonging to ku9n.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ku9n, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Services, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption — even if ku9n has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

In no event shall ku9n's total cumulative liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. ku9n does not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation, to the extent such exclusion is not permitted by law.

ku9n reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the event of: a breach of these Terms; suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity; failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe; or receipt of a chargeback instruction from a payment provider. Where an Account is closed for reasons other than a breach by the User, ku9n will return any verified real-money balance to the User's registered payment method.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Before closing, any outstanding wagering requirements must be noted, as closing the Account will result in the forfeiture of any uncompleted bonus balance. Real-money funds will be returned to your registered payment method following identity verification.

ku9n reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Where a modification is material, ku9n will provide reasonable notice by posting the updated Terms on the Platform with a revised effective date.
